Often times, one may choose to alter their nasal appearance while maintaining it’s ethnic identity. Below is an example of a rhinoplasty where nostrils were reduced in size, the lateral appearance of the nose was modified and the nasal tip was reduced, all the while maintaining the individual’s nasal ethnicity.
